This desk-style, classroom workshop in Katy, Texas, helps couples understand the factors that impact trust, address current conflicts, and learn practical strategies to rebuild connection and strengthen their relationship for the long term. It is designed for couples who do not want traditional therapy, have not found therapy successful, or want to use the workshop as a supplement to therapy.

    Paula Rao is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with couples for the past 10 years. Paula is a Level 3 trained Gottman therapist and is a consultant for the “Marriage Transformation Program” created by Meg Tuohey.
